Two plan tiers for streamers, no plan for viewers. Real-money charges run through Stripe; streamer earnings route directly to the streamer's Stripe Connect account at the moment of purchase — there is no internal payout queue.

How streamer earnings flow

HypeVault uses Stripe Connect destination charges. When a viewer tips, buys from your card shop, or subscribes to you, the streamer's share is transferred directly to your connected Stripe Express account at the moment the payment settles. Stripe then pays out to your bank on its default schedule (daily or weekly — configurable from your Stripe Express Dashboard).

  • No request-payout button.
  • No $50 minimum.
  • No monthly batch — you get paid as your viewers pay.
  • Stripe's processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30 / charge) are deducted from HypeVault's share, not yours.

Viewer-to-streamer subscriptions

Viewers can subscribe directly to individual streamers for a monthly fee the streamer sets. Subs are billed through Stripe Billing with the streamer's share routed via the same destination-charge mechanism, so the streamer receives their cut on every recurring invoice. Streamers configure their subscriber perks (Discord roles, badges, emotes, gem bonuses, etc.) in Dashboard → Subscriptions → Perks & pricing.

Refunds

  • Paid-tier subscription: non-refundable once billed. Cancel anytime to stop renewal; benefits last until the cycle ends.
  • Viewer-to-streamer subscriptions: same — non-refundable per cycle, cancellable anytime.
  • Tips and card-shop purchases: not refundable once the streamer's share has settled to their Stripe Connect balance.
  • Loyalty Gems: not eligible for refunds because they aren't purchased — they're a free loyalty-points system, earned by chatting and interacting.
Heads up
Chargebacks fired through your bank instead of using our refund flow result in account suspension. Stripe may also independently reverse the streamer's share from their Connect balance. Always reach out through Support first.
